This episode is very close to my heart and something I’ve been working on for a while. In fact, while putting this together, I went back to the editing process and removed about a minute of content that I didn’t feel safe releasing to the world. I hope someday to release that content and be honest about it, because it’s something that I know a lot of people deal with.
I firmly believe you cannot have radical wellness if you don’t have safety. So in this episode, I try to unpack that and what it means in the context of the wellness wheel.
