In this episode, we take the Free Range Wellness Wheel and expand it to provide a path towards finding holistic, radical wellness. Each section of the wheel can be taken into its own wellness wheel in order to provide a fuller picture of that area and the steps toward finding wellness. This also means discovering what we can control and what we can’t. Then, working with this information.

When we expand the Wellness Wheel in this way, we can begin to connect it to our body’s chakra system (the energetic system of the body) and then to the koshas, which we’ll discuss in future episodes.
