The Wellness Wheel was created in 1976 as a way to visualize what holistic wellness looks like. It’s been used by many organizations, and each one seems to put their own twist on it. Understanding that not everyone’s wellness will be the same, in this episode, I discuss my vision of the Wellness Wheel and how it helps us think about wellness in our own lives and in our own way.

The Chicken Yogi Show focuses on cultivating chronic wellness for the neurodivergent, chronically ill and/or disabled communities by believing that health and wellness can happen in all bodies. The core of this belief is that health and wellness is dynamic. It changes from day to day and even hour to hour. In this way, we focus on wellness WHERE WE ARE AT in each individual moment, staying mindful and aware. The host, Kit Caelsto, is a certified yoga instructor, meditation instructor, as well as a certified tapping specialist, reiki master, and has training in several coaching methods.
